Service and experience HORRIBLE

This was the second time visiting. My first experience a few months back was GREAT. This time however was not good at all...the staff was NOT very friendly, food was cold and not what I ordered. The lady even tried to send us to a theater that was doing a private showing. I will definitely not be back here. I would rather get my own soda, candy and popcorn than worry about unfriendly service.

I've been coming to this theater since it opened. My family, friends & I go to have dinner & a movie 3 or more times a month. I'm disabled and have always left a movie in pain but with the comfy reclining seats this happens no more! I can't seem to separate myself from it because I love the overall atmosphere, what this place has to offer, and I have to say the food is amazing. It's one of my fav places to eat in Cincy! The French Dip is to die for!!! You arrive at max 30 mins prior to the movie to order food and eat while the movie starts. Best of all, unless you've got to get up to use the bathroom or take your kids to use the bathroom, you've got your own personal server call button to use during the entire movie. So when your kid are begging for popcorn, drinks or candy 3/4 through the movie and you don't want to get up because you'll miss the movie-that time is finally here because your personal server does the walking for you. I've referred many people and they agree the same with me. Plus it's great to support local owners! FYI-there's also a USB port to plug up your phone so it's charged when the movie is over-what a perk!
