Worst Concession employees!

Said my regal card was not valid. I asked if I could get another, he said no flatly. Finally, with prodding, he said I could get the app. Mixed up drink orders, and gave out straws that were too short. Keep in mind, it was NOT crowded! We were his only customers.
Fantastic experience, clean and friendly. The a c was so comfortable unlike others that have a hint of humidity. Seats great and price reasonable.

It's not gonna be good, let me tell you my story. I'm not one of those people who is trying to humiliate a person. I'm trying to sent a message to management and I hope this gets all the way up to regional management. (if there's one).. I don't know and I'm totally 100% unsure if this brand goes by franchise. Certainly I hope not. I've been an Edwards loyal customer since 1995. When the first location beautiful location open up in Buffalo speedway. I still have the first edition loyal card. So pretty much we're talking about 20 years of loyalty. 20 years. But... Once they opened your location.. I said "I hope this changes things".. But then on my first visit years ago... I said..." it's gonna be bad ". This place is always dirty, always one register open. And the worst customer service. But I guess that happens when you have teenagers on the counter. This place needs management, cleanliness and training a lot of training. My Saturday experience with my brother and his girlfriend was very unacceptable. I will not be visiting this place again. Others such as Buffalo area and I-10 are way better than this place.
