Horrible theater

Zero customer service in every respect. Takes way too long at the window because of mandated pre-assigned seating. Why? It's ridiculous and time consuming! Volume is way too loud. Ads thrown at you from the minute you walk in. Way too many trailers. Title of movie not shown outside seating entrance. It makes you feel as though you're in a bad part of town. They clearly don't trust their audience. Food is terrible. Definitely don't get the popcorn! Very small screen. Over priced for seniors. This is a terrible theater that cares only about getting your money, not about you. It's highly worth the longer drive to go to another location and avoid this awful place.

Not a good experience.

The box office window takes way too long with having to choose seats, people using credit cards and various other forms of payment. This particular theater does not honor the standard senior discount that is advertised by Regal theaters. The volume is WAY too loud. One ad after another from the minute you walk in slamming into your head. No down time to relax and visit with your friends before the movie starts. Way too many trailers. The movie was slated to begin at 2:20. It didn't start until 2:55. Ads and trailers took 35 minutes. It was actually longer than that because the ads were going before we came in. The screen is very small. The only good thing I can say about this theater is that the chairs are comfortable. Very bad, frustrating experience.

Reserved seat delay

I go to the movies in the afternoon. Rarely is the theater more than 10% full, even for 1st runs. It now takes about 3 times as long to buy a ticket because of the seat reservation process. It's frustrating enough that I've started driving 5 miles further to use a theater that still believes in customer service. I think they are intentionally slowing the ticket buying process to force us to the on-line ticket apps where additional fees are charged.

Good theatre

Very clean all the time, service is just teens from the high school, what do you expect from some middle-aged high schooler who would rather be with friends... Great food, and selection. They actually have plated meals that they make after you order it, fresh. Super comfy seats, huge screens, great sound, and the led lights are not on during the movie.

What has happened

When my movie was in a quiet scene I could hear every loud movie playing. Soundproofing needs to be updated. When it comes to customer service, I don’t expect much from some punk kid. What I don’t like is how these kids will talk in a normal voice about how much they hate the job. “I can’t wait to quit this place, that will be 32.25.” The popcorn is horrible. Please please stop trying to upsell me on bigger portions. I don’t care that it’s only 50 cents more. Overall the place really just needs a little TLC and staff that actually took pride in their work

My family and I have been coming to this Theater for 20 years, it has declined horribly. In the past the rewards were plentiful, and you were shown curtesy & made to feel a customer Mattered. They even hide the titles of shows on the doorway, making you feel like u live in an empovrishedb neighborhood. Its most unpleasant. It used to be a pleasure we visited every week, now our visits are one in about 3-4 months. This theatre is closest to our home, or we would go somewhere else.

Worst customer service on earth. Bright LED lights destroy movie experience.

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had such deplorable customer experience. When a theater ia flooded with bright white LED side lighting, there is a problem. If a customer has a bad experience, a manager ought to remedy the situation in a way that compensates the customer for his or her dissatisfaction. My experience was just the opposite. I will do my best to find the owner of this establishment to let him/her know.

Needs renovation

Sound is always too loud for the smaller theatres. Popcorn tastes like cardboard. Rugs throughout the theatre is old and dirty.
