I love the "new generation" of theaters. Pick out reserved seats online, big recliners, not overly crowded, etc. I live about five minutes from this location, and have been about 10 times over the past year. I haven't ordered food, so am not reviewing on that. The theater is clean, comfortable, and the staff always speaks to us. I've never had a hiccup or issue here. The ONLY thing I don't like is that the movies are posted outside their respective theaters (i.e. a sign for Spiderman outside of the room showing it) and instead you have to remember your theater "room number". Prices are no higher than any similar theater (note: they ran GREAT movie deals in Nov and Dec 2018).

No free popcorn refills, after spending 79.00 for 4 people to see a movie. One and done at theis place

The food was pricey and not worth it. No refills on popcorn or soda. Food took too long so we had to eat in theater and its hard to do in dark so we just quit trying to eat. No bathrooms in lobby. Employees were nice at least. Will stick to Dayton south or Regal in Mason. Much better value and better, comfy chairs.

Popcorn is not refillable, concession line is a single and very long line. You are not allowed into the theater until 15 minutes prior and there is only a limited amount of seating in the main area. It’s not special and it’s not clean. No seat liners, pee on the bathroom seats, no paper towels and barely any soap. We expected a nicer experience and will stay with Regal theaters closer to us.

The place is just not ready to be open...the whole place was so disorganized. The movie never started so after 30 mins of waiting the manager came in and offered refund and free passes because they werent able to show the movie. As we walked out the other movies werent showing either. No refund was given they said computer would not let them issue a refund. Atfer waiting for them to figure it out we took or free passes and left.
