Poor Customer Service. Worse Management.

Poor Management Style. Subpar customer service. This used to be my go-to theatre. I reserve seats for a movie early. But on at least 3 occasions, I’ve shown up with my confirmation only to be told upon arrival- there’s no movie at this time, management changed the time to later... or just recently, I was sitting waiting for the movie to start (in the auditorium) the ticket handler directed me to), only to find out I’m sitting in someone’s seat because they moved my movie after I purchased online and now I am actually in another auditorium although my conflation ticket says differently. And of corse by this time, I’ve missed previews. Nothing was done 3 times except sorry management changed the time and/or theater after you reserved online. Seriously ! Shouldn’t there be a way to notify you they yanked your seat and moved you to another similar yet not the same seating area??? They ruined my movie experience 3 times... but hey, they said sorry.
