Love this theater but first experience wasn't7 great.

We bought tickets 4 days before the first movie we went to. I have kids who work and are busy in sports and activities so it was tricky finding a time everyone could go. We bought our popcorn and got to our seats just before the movie was scheduled to start, and the theater was completely packed including our seats. We found an employee who went and checked and said they had double sold the seats. They said we could come back and see it another time, which seems like the bare minimum they should do. We were all disappointed and it was days before we could find another time that worked for everyone. I feel like for our inconvenience, and because the mistake was completely theirs, they should have given a little something extra so we weren't so frustrated leaving and feeling like they didn't care. They said sorry but acted like it wasn't a big deal. It is great having a theater so close and we'll definitely be back, mistakes happen and I'm sure the system will be worked out.
