This is literally the best theater in town!

I don't understand how this theater can have a single bad review. The people are helpful and kind. The theater is always extremely clean! Every seat is a good seat because of the way it's arranged. The theaters are just enough to feel a real experience. Each of the theaters is lovely, the screens are great, the sound is excellent. And the extra large plush recliners are wonderful! The place is spacious and inviting and a great place to bring the family or enjoy with a friend!

Worst theather experience I have had in a long time.

From the time we got there not one employee smiled. When go go to inture they have a fence up. Very unwelcoming. The seat was broke. So they made us sit in handcap company setting. The seats was not conforble. When aske to put in other seats that was not take. Was told no we could only have handcap seats. Een though we looked and the other seats was not bought. There was also people talking all the way the movie.

My go-to theatre!

Yes, you must reserve your seat because it is assigned. It is not the theatre’s fault if you get there and there are no seats available. It is really easy to look online in advance to see what is available and what’s not before driving to the theatre. I have never had an issue, even booking day of or hour of! The concessions are overpriced, but what theatre isn’t? They compare fairly to others. I will say that the popcorn here always seems to be fresher and tastier than anywhere else, though! The seats are amazing! Most comfortable theatre seats ever. By far my favorite theatre! I just miss when they sold Mr. Pibb :-(

Employees attack customers on facebook

The employee lauren attacked someone for asking about her ID. Then went to facebook making fun of the cinemark client and allowing others to bully and attack the client on her post. Horrible managment.

Assigned seats

Will not be going back to this theater. If you try to buy your seats when you get to the movie be prepared - they will say there is nothing left but terrible seats, even if the movie has been out for three weeks, and you are at an early show. Three times went there for the same show and it was the same thing. Never again.

Will Never Go Back

All I will say is that it cost us $102 for 2 adults and 2 kids to see a movie and have two popcorns, four candies, and two waters served to is by a rude teenager. For that price we could have gotten an actual meal at one of the dine-in theaters.

Assigned seating = no seating

You have to plan ahead...far ahead... and purchase tickets for assigned seats well in advance. The only seats available an hour or so before the show are the ones up front where you can't see. That's if you're lucky enough to get seats at all. We're not paying large sums for a crappy view. For one show, we were told all good seats were sold out two weeks in advance. We now go to Round Rock Cinemark 14, instead, without bothering to stop by -- frustrating because we live just two minutes from this theater!!

Assigned seating is a turn off

Having to stand un line and choose assigned seating makes me not want to attend this theater. I usually go to the movies once a week during the summer and 1-2 times a month during the school year. I tried seeing a movie here twice, but even getting here early, all of the good seats were already taken. I walked away both times. I'm not coming back. It's not worth the hassle.
