Needs improvement

This is one of the best theaters in town. There is only 2 that is available to the residents. The outside appearance is clean and so is the lobby. However, the employees need training. I have encountered issues that could be addressed with simple training and education. Employees need to remember that the money spent is the customer's right on how they spend their money as long as it is a part of the guidelines of the company's bylaws. So getting upset with the customer when the customer is trying to explain is not right. The food selection needs to improve as well. The selection is slim and some of these movies are 4 hours long. There is a heavy police presence which makes me wonder about late-night shows. I only experienced one incident with restless teens.

Quit hasseling adults for their ID!!!

I am 24 years old. The last two visits I was hassled for my ID buying my ticket and AGAIN entering the movie. Today they would not let me and my 15 year old brother buy tickets because his parent was not attending the movie. I'd understand if I was 17 or so but I'm a adult and his sister. Rude manager, poor service. Will go elsewhere from now on.

SNEAKY

I'm have a %100 disabled rating retirement from serving 45 months in Iraq Army. I asked if I could get a discount. The girl at the register didn't say a word just rang me up. I walked away with my tickets then noticed no discount was applied. So I kindly asked her why and the rude "girl" snapped back with "you not active!" I'm not upset about the discount, im upset about how she stil still charged how she wanted to without advising me of this before hand It feels like she did a quick one on me. I've been to places before where I couldn't get a discount and have been told in a kind way, not charged behind my back in accordance how they feel. It was very rude very sneaky very fast. I will not be taking my business to this place ever again. AMC all the way

I will not go to this theater after reading about all the horrible reviews on past attendants at this theater! Thank God for reviews!!! How sad that this theater has not cleaned house and fired the management and rude employees! I will check back in four months to see if the reviews have improved greatly, before I think about spending my money here!

Rudest service at ticket desk

I told the lady what seats I wanted. She asked for military id I showed it and and she said both kids needed it. I said ok. Well while she was messing around the guy behind me bought the tickets from the other cashier right behind us. She rudely laughed at me and said he bought them. She needs to learn a little bit of professionalism and how to take care of customers. This happened 3/9/19 at 620. I have been to this theater a lot and never had issues. I am guessing it is due to the upgrade of seats. Well if that's the case then they need to train cashiers how yo not sell tickets away from people when they are behind in line.
