I have gone strictly to this movie theater for the past 4 years with my family. Never had any issues with staff and any concerns over food or beverage are handled right away and completed with a smile. Opening weekend on new movies are organized and handled with upmost professionalism. Prices are amazing and I love that they completed a new update to the building.

Go to Another Cinema Cafe

The new update outside is all it is outside. When you walked in. Side get ready for chaos! The whole line thing is utterly ridiculous. We are bought the ticket it says what theater it is . Why do we need wait line. It's very disorganized. Once you finally get your seat. Watch out they have add more chairs . Which now going even harder get your food. And you may step on people feet. It was very hard for waitstaff to get to us. No reclining seats , just office chairs.

Worst experience ever!

We came into the theatre at 2:30pm, and waited until our show at 430. We noticed people lining up at 3:15, so we joined the group. The movie we were seeing was sold out, so many people joined in line. A male was the director or attendee for the line and made many statements qbout customers not readin their tickets to get to their movie at the appropriate time. However, he neglected to address the line hoppers qho waited at the door for early seating. One man asked him why are those people allowed to wait in the searing area, and he snidely remarked that he could only control the line we were in, not the people there. In fact, one family who had been waitingninnline with us when we first got in line, snuck to this area for handicapped patrons and held seven seats for her family upon entrance in the theatre. The family behind me scoffed at the fact we waitws in line for an hour just to be cut by inconsiderate and rude patrons. The attendee turned his back on this patron while he was talking, remarking he was from the west end and he wasnt goin to be provoked. My husband remarks about the patrons who feigned illness and snuck in 6 or 7 family members, but was ignored. I enjoued the bar service, but i will never patronize this business again. I used to be a regular customer all the way back when they had the blaxing saddle wings, but this experience was the worst. I waited in line like i should just for the attendant to tell us to all go to the theatre at the same time....people scrambled on top of each other just to get seats, and the line hoppers held seats for their own. Very disorganized and inconsiderate service.
