Lousy Customer Service

Found a cell phone, asked lost & found if anyone had reported one missing. No one had. Informed them I had, and gave them my name and ph. #. Said when the person comes looking for it, give them this info. (We were unable to call the phone's owner, or unlock it) They gave me grief about not leaving the phone. Now, if I'm a thief, I don't report it, and I don't give out personal info. I get home, 20 minutes later, and the theatre has called twice to tell me what a terrible person I am and that they want the phone back. Meanwhile, the folks who lost the phone call, I provide my address, they come and pick up their phone. THEN, the police call and we have to go through the entire story again. I repeat, how many thieves do you know that report a lost object, then give you their personal information so the lost object can be returned. Terrible customer service, great lounge seats, but I'm old school and believe that the customer service should be at least as equally good, if not better, as the seats. It's called, how to treat people 101. Bottom line: too many other theatres to attend, won't be visiting this one.
