LOVE THIS THEATER

June 05, 2017

Just saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean, the picture quality wasn't great. Either the lights were too bright on the walls or there was something up with the screen itself. However we love this theater, never had any issues and will be attending again. To the mom complaining, shame on you, for one the policy is after 6pm. Most people that are at the movies after 6 are on a date and go to see R movies to get away from children, nobody wants to hear the crying baby bc the parent made a bad decision. And face it some movies are just too violent for children, Logan being one of them. I am siding with the theater on this one, another reason I love the Warren theater in Moore, they have a section that's only for 21 and older. Would def recommend this theater, good for you B&B on standing your ground.

Always a good experience for us except when the AC broke! Not Reno 8's fault!

We see LOTS of movies at this theater and are always treated well, popcorn is the best, great rewards program by joining their email club, etc. I don't get the pitiful complaining from "mommy" wanting to get her four year old into an R rated movie! Even Hugh Jackman himself said it was the darkest and most violent of the Wolverine movies! We have been to some R rated( for language and violence) films and are amazed at the "parents" who take their small children to these movies. Talk about questionable parenting skills! Yes the concessions are expensive but they are at ALL theaters, not just this one! Wait till its available at Redbox and make your own popcorn, stop the complaining! And shame on "elderly grandpa" who evidently also thinks taking little kids to this type movie is something of which to be proud! We appreciate Reno 8!

Excellent policy

I read the review below and I am impressed that your staff does not allow toddlers to get in to R rated movies. If only all cinemas cared that much about children. Any parent who takes their tiny children to R rated movies should have their children taken away. Actually, I don't think you went far enough. The 7 year old should not have been allowed in either. R rated is 18 and up. Not whatever age that brain dead parents think should be able to see extreme violence. Pathetic world, no wonder young children in this country are so violent and out of control. Probably the same people taking their tiny tots to Fifty Shades Darker. Shame on them.

pathetic excuse for a theater...

Dear B&B Theaters El Reno, My family and I would like to thank you for ruining our Saturday night. Myself, My 7 & 4 year Sons and their Elderly Grandfather drove over 40 miles one way to attend the 6:30pm showing of Logan only to have the (14 Year Old) Cashier tell me that you have a new policy that will not allow my children under 6 attend R rated movies after 6pm. Which one of my sons is 4 years old. I politely informed the cashier that i am his parent and i decide what he can and cannot see. I asked the cashier if he himself was old enough to even sell an R Rated Movie ticket. At which he didn't have a reply. I then asked him where they have this policy posted to the public again no response. I informed him that my family and I have been going to this theater monthly almost weekly for almost eight years and which both of my children's first movies was seen at this theater. He refused to let me speak to the manager, give me a number for the manager or take my number for the manager to call me. My son instantly started crying that it was his fault that the rest of the family could not see the movie because the juvenile cashier believed himself to be a better parent then I am. B&B theaters you do not get to dictate what my parenting style is. Logan is only a violent movie as which my son has seen every xmen / wolverine movie that has been made before Logan. I have checked your website also and this is "new" policy is not posted online either. Im sure that you will ignore this message and go only providing terrible customer service to your patrons however never again will me or my family attend this theater. I have overlooked your terrible uncomfortable seating, overpriced concessions and POOR HD Quality as a convenience but I will from now on drive the additional mileage to go to a real Theater in Yukon. In closing i would sincerely like to thank you again for ruining my families night.
