Love This Theater!

I don't know why people come here to bash this theater, I've seen at least 20 movies here and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly, the theater is clean, and the food is great!

Squeaky 4D seats and torn leather sests

We sat in row D of the Lees Summit location. (4D Theater) The seats were very squeaky throughout the movie which does put a damper on the experience. Almost like they need to be oiled. Also, I wore a dress. The leather (imitation-?) seat was cracked, split, and worn. It actually irritated the backs of my legs. Thankfully I'd brought a blanket and used it to cover the seats. Good customer service but the theater needs to invest back into our experience for $20 per 4D ticket. One star on cleanliness due to the bathrooms being a bit grimy.

I accidentally brought 4 tickets when I needed two and the manager said they would reimburse me for two tickets but they did not. The manager lied to me. Go to AMC theaters!

Continued to knowingly sell tickets to faulty showings

Tried to see across the Spider-Verse last night(June 1st) on screen 9 at 7:15 only to realize the audio wasn’t working properly at all. My party and maybe two other parties experienced this issue and as we were waiting for our refund employees were saying “this had been happening all day and it might be this copy of the film we received.” Not only did I not get the online booking fee refunded, I got offered no replacement time/tickets to see the film. On another note, they knowingly showed a faulty film at full price all day to theaters full of paying customers because they continued to show our showing despite glaring issues and never addressed the issue to the audience
