I purchase tickets through movietickets.com, picked the date and time but when my purchase went through it showed a date for something other than what I picked. I called the manager within a half a hour and kindly explained this, she told me there was nothing she can do but go there on the day that the showing was going to happen and exchanged them, I told her I cant since it is on a weekday and most good people are working and she basically told me there is nothing she can do. Bad customer service, I didnt want my money back just wanted to exchange for the right date that I originally picked, she also proceeded to tell me that this has happened before. So you know that the system that you used called movietime sucks but you dont try to help try to accommodate people, now that is some crappy service there.
