Incredibly comfortable seating, rarely crowded

My husband and I love going to this local cinema. It's like watching a movie in your own home, except on the BIG screen. The seats are like Lazy Boy recliners with cup holders. You are rarely surrounded by other people. The concession stand offers good snacks, and you can also purchase wine and beer. That's a huge plus!

Prices are great. Popcorn is good.

incredible transformation

Wow! Talk about a TRANSFORMATION. Everything about the theater is a thumbs up now. And the awesome, comfy seats........more comfortable than anything I have at home! All good: sound, concession, bathrooms clean and functional now, presentation, prices (matinee, senior,etc) good, staff pleasant and efficient, comfort. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

very disappointing

First why do they allow other showtime sites to post times incorrectly? Either get them fixed or have them post nothing. So aggravating to drive there and miss part of movie. Why do they have to make you wait in a concession line with tons of kids ordering food just to get a ticket. There was no marquee with the movies listed and times so we were unaware that our info from the internet was incorrect. After finally purchasing a ticket we were not informed that our movie had already started 20 minutes before this. Why not? We wandered off thinking we still had 10 minutes to spare and in reality found a dark theatre with a movie well underway. When I questioned the Concession/ Ticket person, I was told that this happens a lot and to make sure I use only the Apple Cinema site. That's it. This place definitely needs to relook at the way they are running it.

Did not honor ticket pricing

June 13, 2022

Last Thursday, the 9th we received an email with the list of movies and times for this week. When we arrived today , Monday, for our $4.75 special senior tickets ,we were told that corporate had made a decision not to honor this price. Why then was there no email update or at the very least a sign on the door or near the cash register to signify this last minute change? The huge poster inside still quoted this price. Isn’t this a form of bait and switch to get people into your business under false advertising ? We did not stay, but I am sure you thought people might, since they were already there. We had made the trip of 50 minutes just for the special price so it was a trip for nothing. There was hardly a car in the parking lot. It is sad that your company greediness overshadowed doing the right thing and honoring your ads.
