Terrible experience and customer service at this AMC location.

We were the only ones in the theater. It was the last showing. The movie did not start at the designated time, so we had to go out of the theater to see an employee to notify them to start the movie. The preview started but the volume was so loud that it was so uncomfortable watching any of it. We then again went out the theater to let them know. We were told that it’s only loud on previews but once the movie starts, the volume should go back to normal. Not true. Unacceptable. Customers should be able to watch at a comfortable volume and not to a point that your eardrums are hurting. We finally decided to ask for a refund or credit and decided to leave. We will not be coming back to this theater.

dine in service is horrible....

Took 25 minutes for popcorn then didn't eat because they put way to much salt..then their walking around with food during movie.very distracting.

Terrible service

Food came late after going out to ask and pushing the button six times total. And drinks were the same! Apparently different people get the food versus the drinks. And neither delivered them. People in lobby laughed at me. Food and drinks finally arrived two hours after ordered. Beer was warm.

Dine in is Legit

Love the dinner and movie concept. Food was delicious! I loved their movie themed cocktails and my son loved their milkshakes. Expect a long wait for food but it was worth it

Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I went through AMC online to buy tickets, the system then didn't send me a confirmation e-mail. It took over an hour to get through on the phone, and after the first two people we talked to were incompetent, the said they were getting a manager and then hung up. We had to drive out of the way to get the tickets before our dinner reservation, and when talking to the managers they were rude, unsympathetic to the fact that this was a huge inconvenience to us, we ended up missing our reservation talking with them and they refused to refund our tickets or give us a discount on the food there. Then the movie shut off during the showing and when it came back on it was blurring for another 10min. We did end up getting ticket vouchers for another time, but I NEVER want to go to this AMC or any other after this EVER again. It was unprofessional, and rude. This was on Valentine's day, and our whole evening was ruined. ...Also the seats were terrible.
