Unimpressed

The main problem with this theater seems to be management. The employees are not friendly and the overall cleanliness of the place is POOR; especially the bathrooms.

Bad Experience Overall

Ticketing is bad and very time consuming as people are selecting seats which I do not see at all. The theater is not clean and there was popcorn on the escalators. The seats are new but they are too high so part of the screen is blocked. The film had issues and since no employees ever stop in or seem to be around at least when we were there passes were given to use at other AMC's We will not return here. The last time we were here the line for the concession was long and poorly run.

Will never return

While the recliner seats in this theater are absolutely comfortable, I would never return to this theater. This is the closest AMC to my home and I have tried going here many times. This last time took the cake. Theater is dirty with popcorn and sticky floors throughout. The customer service is poor. I recently had an experience where a patron got loud in the theater (cursing my family member out) for something as simple as the glare from the cell phone. All that she had to do was to ask if the glare could be turned down on the phone because it was bothering her instead of starting her commentary with "turn that f-----ing phone off". I am a peaceable person and therefore had my family leave the theater after this belligerent woman continued to rant and rave without good cause. Of course, an individual's ignorance can not be blamed on the theater. However, what I do hold the theater accountable for is not excusing this woman from the theater after I reported the incident. The fact that she was not addressed lets me know that this behavior is tolerable in the management's eyes and therefore not a place that I choose to revisit. Very disappointed!
