Nostalgic

November 29, 2023

Used to go here growing up. They've made it better since AMC bought it out. Also, I love that the seats recline and you don't have to pay $20.00 VIP tickets just for reclining seats. Bring your snuggie!

Enjoy coming here

June 22, 2019

Been coming here for a while and only ever had a problem once when the theater I was in experienced a brownout from a storm. They got the movie up and running again in about 10 minutes, so no harm done. I really like the recliners. Oh, but if you order a drink from the bar, MacGuffin's, don't get a mixed drink, they're absurdly expensive. Only the beer is reasonably priced.

Pure Incompetence

May 27, 2019

I've been here about 10 times, so I'm confident that my experiences are representative of the business owner's standards and not just a one-time bad night. The root of the problem is the staff. They are poorly trained, argumentative, and have no concept of how a business should operate. If there is any problem with the online ticketing app, or self-service kiosk and you need to deal with a customer service rep - buckle up because you are in for a ride on the incompetence express. There's no goal with the staff to resolve any problem. The only objective is to get you out of their faces. The concession stand is pretty straightforward for most entry level employees, but the crew at AMC Spring 10 can find a way to screw it up. I've had the staff refuse to serve coffee, claiming that they didn't know how to make it. One night a guy took my order, walked in back and never returned. Just left. WTF? I've been in a theater where the lights were left on 15 minutes into the film and the manager refused to restart the film. No sound on several occasions and the staff can see that this is a problem. The business plan here is to charge full price and provide half the service and if you don't like it, shove it.
