Rude, slow and unfit for customer service, were the people at the ticket booth and concession stand. "Can I help you", "Please and Thank you" are words that were never uttered to me by any of your staff. Assigned seating? WTF? Increased pricing as a result? WTF? I was told the seats at the front of the theater were reserved and not available, yet none were used? Again WTF? Was this so you could charge more for the "upgraded" assigned seats? Seats that were uncomfortable and hot. I was forced to miss several minutes of the movie, as I was overheating and had to leave the theater and walk around to cool off. In a word "UNACCEPTABLE"!!!

This theatre has the worse customer service that I have ever dealt with. The female manager along with the supervisor should not be working with the public. We will never return.
