Times on tickets different than show times
June 09, 2018
Purchased tickets for I max on line, once at the Theater, the time the movie started was a hour earlier than what the ticket said. Manager said they started the movie early. Had to wait a hour and half for the next movie in regular seating, we had purchased I max tickets. It took 4 employees to figure out there were no movie on at ticket time 😞

They’ve discovered a great way to save money if less than six people show up for a matinee they leave the air conditioning off.
Nobody answers their phone line.

Tried to call about whether lines were forming outside the theater for a popular movie I wanted to see. I'm disabled and cannot navigate long lines. Wanted to see how early to arrive if this was the case. Nobody would pick up the phone. This info isn't available on line.
Blind not wanted

The headphones that provide descriptive narration for blind and visually impaired movie goers malfunction more than they work. Occasionally, this is due to equipment problems, but mostly it is due to the inability of staff to do the set up. This can’t be tested until the movie starts so we must leave the movie for 10 minutes to attempt to get the problem resolved or just do without for the duration of the movie. My latest disappointment was the Wonder Woman movie where I was given two devices, one was completely dead and the other was just amplified for hard of hearing.

The experience was amazing, all of the staff were really nice and I felt very welcome to the theater. I'll be back many times!
