My husband and I purchased tickets to the first showing of our movie. Concession was quick (although overpriced) and food was good. Love the reclining seats. The trailers were on so loud it was past annoying. I went to customer service and he told me trailers were usually louder but he’d take care of it. He followed through as well as found me in the theater to let me know! What we didn’t know was the theater we were in was showing the film with closed captions. We didn’t realize that and after a few minutes decided this was not going to be fun and we decided to leave. Spoke to customer service again and he was kind enough to issue us passes for another movie in the future. I wish I had gotten his name. Because of him we will try the theater again. AMC is very fortunate to have such a great employee!
