A lot of showtimes

They have a lot of showtimes, so it is convenient to choose whichever show that I want. I usually buy my tickets online, and I can choose online seating as well and I have had no problems with buying tickets online. I have been coming to this place for 3 to 4 years now and I have not encounter any problems with them. Just know that if you are in college and would like to get the college student discount, you have to come in person and it usually takes place after 5 pm. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, and also remember that some of the staff are only high school students. Despite them trying their best to be helpful and friendly, sometimes they may not know the answer. Other than that, I've had pretty good experience with them!

Lack of Customer Service

Very clean theater, and I mean not a crumb on the floor, reclining chairs too, spotless. But Emi, oh Ms. Emi at the counter could've displayed better customer service to my family and I. We were so excited and happy. She just stared at us without saying hello or cracking a smile, rung up our order, took our payment, handed over receipt and barely acknowledged us, and then greeted the family behind us with bright eyes and bushy tail. In my humble opinion she was uncomfortable to see brown humans. Because of her demeanor towards our family, I give this theater a 2. All sorts of colors in this world, be kind, we're all human. 💙 If you don't like your job, get another. If you're having a bad day, keep it to yourself or take a mental health day off. But don't come to work and rub bad energy off on others having a great evening out with family. Bad display of character. Hope she had a better day.

Rude people

Came to see a movie with my family and was treated so poorly over the type of masks we had and whether or not we could wear masks when seated. Will not be back

Reserve seating - no way to pick seats?

What gives? Go through the process of buying tickets on the website and you can't pick your seats because the seat selection option never appears. Seems really stupid and inconvenient.
