Good overall, but the previews were too loud.

Everything was fine about our movie experience except that the previews were much too loud. We used our fingers to stop our ears. It makes us less likely to go to this theater in the future.

Filthy

Good price, as usual over price drinks. To be expected. Carpets filthy. Been in meth houses with cleaner floors

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service experience this evening. In short, hire a new manager, Nicolette Norris is a very poor representation of your company. While sharing an issue with purchasing tickets online she suggested I call the main number for assistance, she was unable to provide assistance on a local level and continued by letting me know they had not been made aware of any issues. When I explained I had called three times only to be told they were having issues, but didn't know if or when they'd be fixed and my only option was to us a third-party site ... She called me a liar?!?! What?! Why in the world would I lie about something so trivial?! At this point I'm upset and call her out for her comment only to be told she has the right to refuse service to anyone and if I'm not going to be respectful to her she refuses service?!?! Are you serious?? Needless to say, I left upset and ensured her my experience would be shared and here I am. =( Terrible, terrible customer service!!!
