Good policy on children

The staff is amazing. They ask people with screaming children to quiet them, or leave so they don't disturb other people who paid good money to enjoy a movie in peace. THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! I can't believe the inconsiderate people who bring children that they can't control, to whom they haven't taught manners (or who are too young to understand) to a theater. Get a babysitter, don't bring them thinking everyone wants to put up with the noise - this may be cute or bearable to you, but it's not to strangers. I love this theater for having this policy. Too many theaters just let people do whatever they want, no matter whether it ruins another person's movie experience or not. Major kudos to AMC Easton Town!!!! An all around great experience.

Bad food

I paid 99$ for cold food that was absolutely horrible. I will never eat at a amc movie theater again. Don’t waste your money

Worst customers service.

I went to see a movie with a friend of mine at easton today for mortal combat sunday 4-25-21 . We bought our tickets than we went n wait inline to buy snack n food. When it was our turn the employees act immature. I ordered movienachos and some wings. They take our order n said they will deliver it to our seat. I got my nachos right at the counter but not the wings. So i sat in my movie 45 mins in i still didnt get my food, so i went out n check n they was closed n no one to be around. So they scammed me 12+ bucks for wings i never got on top of the 1 dollar they charge for delivery charge. So if anyone have any advice or idea of where or who i have to contact cause i want my refund.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR GRANDKIDS WHO ARE CURIOUS / TALK AND IF YOU DON'T TREAT YOUR CHILDREN LIKE DOGS WHO CAN BE MUZZLED, MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT PLEASE DO NOT VISIT AMC EASTON FOR A MOVIE. YOU WILL BE INSULTED AND ASKED TO LEAVE. Firstly, let me make it clear that this review is not about the theatre itself. The dine-in experience is great & so is the theatre itself. I went in today to see the new Fantastic Beasts movie with a friend, his wife & his 2 year old daughter. 15 mins into the movie she came & sat with me & started asking me questions about the movie. Questions like "what happened?" & "is that a monster?". We were in the top-most row of the theatre & had full view of the exit, so I am certain no-one left & no-one said anything to us. However, after 2 mins a security lady came in & told us that people were getting disturbed & we should make the baby shut up or leave. After 5 mins a big lion came on screen & my niece squeaked "monster". Immediately, the security lady comes in again & asks us to leave. Once outside she tells us that "your baby is talking too much & if we can't shut her up, then we should leave". So, we took turns to stay outside with her, which ruined our entire experience & none of us could actually watch the movie. As a movie buff, I have seen 1 movie a week for the last 15 years. Almost always there are kids in there screaming, crying, throwing tantrums & I have never seen anyone complain, not unless the kid is actually being violent. But this lady told us & I quote "WE AT AMC HAVE A SILENCE IS GOLDEN POLICY". Let me clarify, my 2yr old niece was only talking. She was not screaming, crying or throwing things. Just talking & asking questions in 3 word sentences. This lady was downright rude to us at the end of the movie, gave us 3 passes & told us that next time if we can't keep our kid quiet then she will thro
