My first and last experience here. Doors opened lare, employees are young and rude, tickets and concessions sold together, theater us aged! No lighting in the theater prior to the feature, had to find seat in the dark...exited after mall closed, was barely directed out of the place. Dank, dark, dirty!!! Eeeuuuww!

The seats are sticky and smell. The soda machine is almost always out of soda. Most people get coke, but it's usually empty. The machines are also always sticky. Not to mention the fact that there is only 2. If the line is even a little long, you'll be waiting forever for people to pick a soda, because they're always out of syrup. The curtain mechanisms for 2 theaters are broken, like like you're playing roulette. They also won't refund you if you complain about it and if you get your tickets online, they won't refund you after the movie starts. You can forget a out getting in contact with anyone either. You can't. I've tried.

Horrendous, condescending manager. Theater dirty, broken, and poorly run.

Curtains covered screen and no one could fix it. I was yelled at, threatened, and told to leave after complaining, even though I'd taken off work and used the little money I had to take my kids there. Customer service took took her side without hearing my side at all, now refusing to answer me. Worst experience I've ever had anywhere, and I've been attending this place for 30+ years.

Friendliest staff

Sound level was excellent. Wasn't a long wait . Prices were on par with every other theatre . Had plenty of seats . Picture quality excellent.

Bring a mousetrap with you

All that needs to be said is that my mom went there...thought the person behind her tapped her on the shoulder...it was a mouse instead. Plus this mess with tickets and food in the same line is ridiculous.

Not good!

To purchase movie tickets, you were routed to the concession. You are in line a long time waiting for people to purchase food and tickets. Annoying because we only wanted movie tickets. Sound was uncomfortably loud. Theatre felt dirty. Will be a long time before we return.

Rather drive 25+ miles to go to the movies than the 4 miles to this one

Went to it to see Bumble Bee in 3D only place still showing it in 3D. Had to wait 20 minutes in the concession line to get tickets and $7 regular popcorn (no small offered). Then when the previews started we had to find someone to tell them the color was pink & green. They fixed that then we had to complain again because the lights weren't off. The movie never played full screen. Might be AMC now but not any better than Carmike and the theater is showing its age.

This theater is gross, the staff is rude, and everything is overpriced. Don't waste your time. Westown is WAY better. Any theater would be better.

WORST Theater EVER!

I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me rate it as a "0." Worst theater I've ever been to. Dirty, long lines for everything, the staff are incompetent and rude, and they patrol the theater now like correctional guards the entire movie, which is completely distracting. Then they kicked my friend out because her insulin pump lit up & they accused her of being on her cellphone!! This place should be closed down & a real theater opened.
