Worst web site ever!!!

Can NEVER get tickets on their site!!! Worst site ever and there’s no phone or contact number. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to pick seats and it won’t go through then it says it’s not available when it does work. You literally are better off using Fandango which is ridiculous AMC!!!

Manager named Andrea was very disrespectful to me and my pregnant wife !!

The manager named Andrea who is working on 8/19/18 did nothing to resolve an issue with a person who had their phone going off throughout the whole movie . My pregnant wife and I along with my brother in law and sister in law were very upset about how she handled the situation she was not by any means a good manager, she did not try to resolve the issue only proceeded to tell me to leave after the movie was done. Personally I think she should have handled that in a better way like a manager should, she should not be a manger if she handles those situations in that matter !! She was very cocky and proceeded to raise her voice also , not at all what a manager should do to paying customers! Andrea is by far the worst manager I have ever met in any place I have ever gone to. Just thought people should know that if you have an issue she will NOT resolve nothing . And one last thing, when I called to get her name to write this review and told her we were very upset, her only remarks were that I was raising my voice and that she looks forward to reading the review. now I’m not a manager but I know I manager should not look following to reading a bad review from a paying customer. She is definitely a very cocky manager
