Our movie was at 9:20 pm. We arrived at 9pm. Our theater room was not clean when we arrived, and we had to go find someone to clean it. We were told by the staff that “it should be clean”. Then when we went to the restroom, the smell met us in the hallway. Not sure I’ll come back.
Do not go here. Piss poor customer service

Dakota CANCELLED our seats at customer service 45 minutes before the movie Jurassic World. General Manager Ernie Cooper was rude, pompous, insulting and lacked leadership in customer service. We were using passes and told to purchase ahead of time to reserve the seats so we did. When refunding the money at customer service he cancelled the seats and we were left stuck, 2 adults and 2 kids without a ticket. The reason we even had passes is because just last weekend, Incredibles 2 was not working. It took 4 hours and 3 theatres to see one movie.

Horrible customer service! A young lady by the name of Jade (big curly hair w/ glasses) at the concession stand was very disrespectful. She would not pick up the money I placed on the counter to pay and instead wanted me to put it in her hands...like I would want to touch her germ laden hand! The manager Ernie tried to make excuses for her poor behavior instead of addressing how awful and wrong she was. Clearly she hates her job and takes it out on paying customers. Good luck to her. The theatre is dirty and all surfaces are sticky. Nice comfortable recliner seats (I wiped them down first). Walking into the entrance to the mall to get to the theater you’ll be shocked at the huge garbage container placed in front of the doors outside which smells awful and is unsightly; and the non-descriptive doors to the entrance which are difficult to open. Who designed this?!

The theater was nice with the comfort of reclining seats. Before I entered the auditorium I stopped by the bar to grab a cocktail and the bartender did not acknowledge me. He acted as though he was very busy counting money and was holding his head down only making contact for a few seconds at a time. Extremely rude behavior. When I asked him about several drinks to include maybe 4 he kept saying we are out of this and we are out of that, don't have this and don't have that. I asked when did it run out. He stated yesterday which was 2/22. I was at the movies on 2/23. Needless to say I walked away from the bar with no drink. I think the bar should have been restocked knowing there would be an increased amount of people during the start of the weekend.

Every thing was fine until the end the General manager Ernie was unprofessional and stopped my son for no reason when me and his dad was right there. And didn’t apologize when confronted will stick with arysley
