Bad Theater

This is not the AMC Colonial 18 use to be. Went to see Sound of Freedom and the 745pm was "full", so we grab the "last 2 seats" of the 845pm... while waiting we sneaked to the 745 that was showing on room 15 and there were plenty (a bunch) of empty seats!!! The A/c was off and garbage everywhere.... So we waited until 845, went on to room 13 and there was garbage everywhere.... and the a/c was off... went to see next door that were showing Mission Impossible and a/c was perfect... went to the Barbie showing and the a/c was perfect.... so I learned later that they turn off the hvac on those rooms on purpose to discourage Sound of Freedom viewers!.... .there were about 19 people at the 845pm and I supposedly grab the last 2 seats???? Wow!... I am trying to call at all hours of the day and they do not pickup the phone... so here is my review.... do not go to AMC!!!

Broken seats, dirty, bad management

We arrived 15 minutes early & found our reserved seats were stuck in the reclined position. We immediately notified management. They were not able to repair the seats. They did not apologize or provide us with either a refund or future passes. My husband & father had to sit in the front row & my father got motion sick from being so close to the screen for almost 3 hours. In addition, the seats had trash in them, there was popcorn all over the floor, the trash was overflowing so much that you had to put your trash on the floor and the bathrooms were dirty. AMC has done a great job with their product (the website, app, selection of food & drinks, online ordering, etc.), but the local management & staff are ruining this location.

Virgiinia Allen

Went to the theater this week and there was a big roach in the bathroom and the girls were screaming like gross. I have seen roaches in this theater a lot and there is also other reviews that state the same thing in fact that customer walked out after that. I was waiting in line at the concession stand and watched Virginia Allen who is one of the so called Managers at this theater just fighting with a customer and after she finished with that lady she was having a argument with another customer. The one lady asked for her name that's how I learned what her name was. I thought she handled herself very unprofessional for management. After her situation with the customer she was just complaining to the other employees about the lady and other customers right in front of all the customers. Why would you keep someone like Virginia Allan working at your theater. I have been coming to this theater for years and I always noticed the employees could care less about how they treat customers and on top of it most of Management doesn't care either because there right in the middle of all the BS. The Management is actually the reason the employees show so much disrespect to the customers. If management doesn't care then why should the employees care. The only reason this theater does business is because of the reclining seats. I've been to other theaters and I have never seen such disrespect from management and employees at the other theaters. You need to fire employees like VIRGINIA ALLEN. What's interesting is if you look at the negative reviews from the past few months she has like 4 reviews with customers complaining about her. I think corporate office needs to hear about Virginia Allen. I couldn't believe the way she was talking to customers.

Good Theater, Good Staff and Good Management

So unlike Mr. Jim Crow who loves the word "colored" posted first about having a "bad" experience and him being "discriminated" against because he's white (because an old white man knows what it's like to be discriminated against) please ignore anything this man says because his MAGA hat is on too tight. I love this theater, I love the staff and I love the management. We've been constantly going to this theater and have never been "discriminated" against let alone we've never had ANY issues, and I go to this theater time and time again. Ignore the rant and come on down to a great theater for the whole family And the popcorn is pretty good too, which is a bonus

Bad theater,bad staff,bad management.

This theater use to be run by a lot of professional people. Then AMC went and replaced almost everyone. The management is terrible. The employees do what they want and say what they want. In this world we talk about the racial issues with the colored. Well I'm of no color and I have been descriminated over and over at this theater by the colored because the theater is mostly run by colored people. I have seen one or two non colored workers. What happens when you don't hire a mix of emplyees both colored and non colored you get a lot of descrimination. I have seen it over and over and the management at this theater is at its worse. My son is married to a colored girl my friends are almost all colored so this is not about me being non colored and taking it out on the colored. What I'm telling you is because non colored people are a minority at this theater and because of all the racial issues with colored people in this day and time. There seems to be almost always a disrespect for each other. And thats what has happened to me time and time again. You will loose my business and I've been coming hee for over 30 years. Look at your cameras in your Theaters see which employees are doing there job. Most have no respect for the customers.
