Friendly and Clean!

The food is definitely overpriced but the popcorn is always fresh, the toilet paper is always stocked, and the theaters are always clean. A good way to avoid bad prices too is their rewards program, either the free one or either of the paid ones. Since the theatre was bought out by AMC it's been a lot cleaner.

Love the seating and the sound and movie quality. Unfortunately the prices for popcorn, etc are outrageous and the worse popcorn I have ever had, every time I try it its terrible.

Worst birthday experience

I've had 2 parties here. The first one was great and it was last year. This year they have a new manager named Alex. She needs to be fired or not be manager. I have 13 emails of proof l were I told her to call me about details of the party. She knew we were doing cakes and gifts after our movie party and tells me directly after the movie goes off that we need to get out stuff and get out. She moved us out into the hall way which was so embarrassing for me and my daughter. Mind you my daughter had 13 kids show up to her party and parents so I go to pick up during us being made to move out in hall way as well. I've spent a alot of money doing my daughter's parties here. And it will be the last party unless they get new management. Also during pickup for the party a random person even told me her mother wouldn't come to Cartersville movie anymore because of such bad customer service that her mom drives all the way to canton. The Cartersville community shouldn't have to drive father away for a movie the AMC theathers in Cartersville should get a new manager. I will also be contacting corporate. I'm a laid back person always I've never called on anyone in my life so this is a first for me far as this goes but also a must and necessary.

If you want good service, Jessica the manager, is not your person.
