In the official trailer for Search Party, a young man named Nardo (Thomas Middleditch) seems to be in a heap of trouble, tied to a chair and covered in cocaine just three days after he was supposed to tie the knot. As he and Tracy (Shannon Woodward) are standing at the altar, his best friend Jason (T.J. Miller) stops the wedding, claiming that Nardo admitted Tracy "is not the one." Even though Nardo denies it, Tracy storms out in a huff. In order to win her back, Nardo chases her to a resort in Mexico. Unfortunately, he's carjacked and stripped naked. Even worse, he winds up in trouble with a Mexican cartel. He calls on his less-than-reliable friends Jason and Evan (Adam Pally) to bail him out.
