Scoot McNairy Overview

John Marcus McNairy was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. When he was small, his father called him "Scooter" because he used to "scoot" across the floor, and eventually the nickname stuck. Scoot didn't always want to be an actor. His first dream was actually to become an NFL linebacker. But an injury to his back in his sophomore year of high school ended this initial dream.
