In the trailer for Rememory, Sam Bloom (Peter Dinklage) closes his eyes and thinks of a memory that makes him happy. Then a memory associated with his youth. Then the most painful memory. We're suddenly in a theater, where Gordon Dunn (Martin Donovan) is telling the audience about a device that extracts your memories and displays them before you. Later, Gordon is confronted in his office and shot to death. Sam goes to Gordon's home to give his condolences. Dunn's wife (Julia Ormond) describes Gordon's murder to Sam, who decides he has to find out what happened, using the memory device.
