In the trailer for Blood Honey, we see Jenibel Heath (Shenae Grimes) returning home to her family after the death of her mother. But her father is also sick and decides to end his life by setting loose a swarm of bees, which were used for the family’s profitable beekeeping business. Before he dies, he makes his daughter promise to sell the family’s business. It then becomes a struggle for survival for Jenibel when she discovers her brother and others are plotting against her when they discover she will inherit most of the family’s estate.
