When a little girl is kidnapped in Thailand, an ex-government black ops agent (Hwang Jung-min) is called in to investigate. The detective quickly realizes he was called in for a reason -- the incident is closely tied to him through an infamous gangster called The Butcher (Lee Jung-jae). With sinister intentions, The Butcher extorts the detective with threats of killing everyone linked to him if he continues to pursue the case. But the detective refuses to give up and involves himself deeper in the conflict between a contract killer out for vengeance and the child-trafficking ring responsible for the little girl's abduction.
