When Danny (Betsy Sodaro) breaks her arm in a wrestling match, she turns to friend Melanie ( Mary Holland) for help, asking her to take her place in the Women's Arm Wrestling Championship. But before Melanie can even think about competing, she must train. From bars, to trucks, to garages, alongside Danny and her arm wrestling friends, Melanie begins her training to win the Women's Arm Wrestling Championship, and become Golden Arm.
