In the gripping official trailer for the dramatic thriller The Whole Truth, we are brought into St. Bernard Parish courthouse for the trial of 17-year-old Mike Lassiter. Defense attorney Richard Ramsay (Keanu Reeves) and his young associate Janelle (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) prepare to defend their young client (Gabriel Basso), who is accused of murdering his father, Boone Lassiter (Jim Belushi) in gruesome fashion. Mike's mother Loretta (Renee Zellweger) is distraught and begs Richard to save her son from prison. What appears to be a cut and dry case of a son defending himself against an abusive father turns into a well-planned cover up that may or may not involve both Loretta and Richard.
