In the quirky premiere trailer for the comedy Better Off Single, Charlie (Aaron Tveit) reflects on his disastrous dating life with his chain-smoking therapist (Lewis Black). Unlike most trained psychiatrists, this one advises against monogamous relationships, and claims single people are happier. This unusual piece of advice inspires Charlie to stop dating, and start having fun. But his plans are derailed when he meets the adorable Angela (Abby Elliot). Now trapped in a hallucinogenic haze of booze, sex and drugs, Charlie must decide whether he really is better off single.
