Amanda Detmer Overview

Born in California and raised on a farm, Amanda Detmer became interested in acting while watching her brother perform at a community theater. She took a beginning acting class at Chico State and really liked it. After graduating from California State College, she received her Master of Fine Arts degree from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
