The town of Salem, Massachusetts is gearing up for Halloween. Hubie Dubois (Adam Sandler) loves Halloween, but everyone makes fun of him and his efforts to help out are unappreciated. When strange things begin to happen on Halloween night and the police won't listen to Hubie, he decides it his job to protect his fellow citizens.
