Tony Mendez and Ben Affleck Interview

Industry buzz is that Ben Affleck is going to see a lot of Oscar nominations for his brilliant thriller, Argo. The film, which debuted to critical acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival, is a dramatization of the 1980 joint CIA/Canadian secret operation to extract six fugitive American diplomatic personnel from revolutionary Iran.

Tribute.ca spoke with Ben and his real-life counterpart in the film, Tony Mendez, about life after TIFF and the response that the film is getting.
