Interview: Radha Mitchell talks about The Waiting City

Tribute’s Toni-Marie Ippolito caught up with Radha Mitchell at TIFF to talk about her role in the Claire McCarthy’s film, The Waiting City.

The Waiting City tells the story of Fiona (Mitchell) and Ben (Joel Edgerton), a young Australian couple who head to Kolkata, India, to bring home their newly adopted child.

In the interview, Mitchell talks to Tribute about why she fell in love with the script, the experience of working in India, and her plans to adopt a child of her own.

Mitchell also talks to Tribute about her upcoming roles in Surrogates (which also stars Bruce Willis) and The Crazies.
