Jay Swan (Aaron Pedersen)is an Aboriginal police detective who returns to his small hometown after a gig in the big city. Upon his arrival, he is tasked with solving the murder of a teenage Aboriginal girl. The town is not happy with Jay's arrival nor the violent death of the girl.
