Justin Kelly Overview

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Justin Kelly began his career at a very young starting with commercials. His big break came when he was cast in a starring role in the original Family Channel Series The Latest Buzz, playing Noah Jackson, one of a group of student journalists working for a teen magazine.
